One-on-One Personalized Coaching

Schedule one-on-one time with a LexHaven coach to discuss strategies around leading and managing your law firm including business strategy and culture, business development, time and money management, and technology solutions.

A LexHaven coach will help you develop a step-by-step path toward your business and personal goals. Personalized coaching is 100% customized to your individualized leadership development and business management needs. Personalized coaching can take place in person or via phone or video conference.

Personalized Coaching Packages

  • Free 30-Minute Introductory Phone Call – Meet with a LexHaven coach to discuss your goals for coaching, answer your questions, and identify next steps.

  • Mini Coaching Package -- $750: Three (3) coaching sessions scheduled at a mutually convenient time. Each coaching session is one hour (60 minutes) in length. All coaching sessions must be completed within two months. Includes unlimited email communications during the two-month coaching period.

  • Full Coaching Package -- $1,300: Six (6) coaching sessions scheduled at a mutually convenient time. Each coaching session is one hour (60 minutes) in length. All coaching sessions must be completed within four months. Includes unlimited email communications during the four-month coaching period.

  • Hourly Coaching: Hourly coaching is also available. Ask us for more details.
